Starting in July 2023, Ziku Batteries will implement a warranty activation system using the QR code on the outer packaging. To activate the warranty, simply use WeChat to scan the QR code on the battery packaging when installing the battery. The specific steps and requirements are outlined below:

I. Procedures for Activating the Warranty by Scanning a QR Code and After-Sales Service Standards

1. Use WeChat to scan the QR code on the battery packaging to activate the warranty, which is valid for 12 months; (The QR code on the battery is for checking the after-sales service date only and cannot be used to activate the warranty.)

2. For products not activated by scanning the QR code, or where the QR code label is damaged or missing for any reason, the warranty period is 16 months from the production date indicated on the battery.

3. Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers all normal quality issues with the battery, excluding damage caused by human error (which includes, but is not limited to: bending, deformation, or severe wrinkling of the battery casing; tears or punctures in the battery casing; graffiti, writing, or scratches; tampering with battery data; applying double-sided tape or 502 adhesive; and unauthorized disassembly of the battery protection board).

4. Warranty Terms: During the warranty period, batteries with quality issues may be replaced with goods of equal value.

5. Products with warranty labels affixed before July 2023 will be subject to the original after-sales policy (i.e., a one-year warranty if the product is scanned and activated before installation; no warranty if not scanned and activated (including cases where the battery has been removed and the device reassembled)).
(Activated) products are not eligible for after-sales service.

II. Standards for Exchanging Slow-Moving Inventory

1. Requirements for returning unsold merchandise: The packaging box must be intact, the plastic seal must not have been broken, and there must be no stains, damage, labels, or graffiti. All accessories, such as adhesive backing, must be included.

2. Return slow-moving products that have been in stock for about 18 months to the factory to have their expiration dates adjusted or to exchange them for other popular models.
